If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once we have processed the order, it cannot be cancelled and will have to be processed as a return, as per our returns policy below.
A Shipping Notification email is your confirmation that your parcel has been dispatched from the Distribution Centre. It also contains your Tracking Number.
You can follow the progress of your parcel using your Tracking Number. You can find your tracking number in the Shipping Notification email for your parcel.

If your shipping address is correct and you have not received your package or a delivery attempted notification card within the average delivery time frame (see Average Delivery Times) then please contact our Customer Service Team.
